Nice decor. I liked that an old building had been converted into a hotel. Old charm mixed with contemporary decor. I liked the set up of the restroom and vanity. -

The stay was a gift from my 2 daughters for my B'day and we loved the room and the view. We had great bonding time and sleep very well. We requested down comforters and really loved the treat. The temps outside were in the low 30's and the room and comforter felt great after walking on the Riverwalk in those temps.

had 2 rooms. I left items behind that we had just purchased at mall,

Most comfortable beds around. I love the location close to everything, the Riverwalk, the Mercado, and the Alamo within a short 10 minute walk, but outside and away from all the noise. Beautiful hotel with fantastic made to order breakfast and evening snacks. Very accomodating staff to help with every need. Thank you for a great weekend trip!!

I've stayed in other Embassy Suites where there wasn't enough room for the evening reception or breakfast. Although the hotel was busy there was room for everyone. Food constantly replenished and attentive staff. Liked the location - an easy walk to the bars and restaurants on the Riverwalk but just far enough away that noise was not a problem.

It was only for 1 night. It was supposed to be me and my boyfriend but
he couldn't go so it ended up being a friend girl instead. The hotel
is very nice. Bed was very comfortable. I didn't need to request
anything so I had no contact with the staff besides check in/check
out and that was very fast. I would stay there again. -

Customer Service was excellent! The trip/stay was 5 minutes away
from my Dr. The hotel was necessary for eye surgery operation. I had
my mother, daughter, & my 9 month old grand daughter stay in the
room w/ me. The room was very spacious, and access to the outside
was very convenient,(I had a small service dog with me). I would
highly recommend, and will be staying there again for 2nd eye surgery

Really enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to some of my favorite places, especially to "Mi Tierra". I love that there is a Catholic Church behind the Hotel, so we were able to attend Mass on Sunday. Our room was very clean, staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again. -
