  I liked every aspect of this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and felt comfortable. The showers are huge and everything is well taken care of. I like the personal feel of this hotel; since there are only 16 total rooms the innkeepers are there whenever needed. The breakfast is outstanding; homemade quiche is one of a kind. This hotel had excellent reviews when I booked it and it far exceeded my - I loved the location and the B&B style. Being right in the center of the Riverwalk center; we felt like we were miles away once we walked in the front door of the Vista. The breakfast was perfect, cookies and wine at 5. Best weekend get-away ever!! Our room was beautiful and very clean. Check-in was incredibly friendly and welcoming!

  My wife and I have just returned from a 3 week touring vacation of southern states in the U.S. 1 night of which we spent at the Fairfield Inn & Suites San Antonio Downtown. We had done a fair amount of research as to where to stay in San Antonio, somewhere peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to the touristy things in San Antonio, (The A... what people say » lamo, Riverwalk etc). Arrival: Upon arrival at the hotel, the valet parking guys were eager to assist, after driving for 7-8 hours, a welcome sight. T - Staff was excellent. When checking out, I discovered that I had left my credit card at a eatery on the river the night before. The young lady at the desk was very helpful in helping me track down the name of the restaurant and calling them to locate my card. The manager had my card and she arranged for me to meet him and pick it up. Thank you for your extra effort in resolving what could have been a very inconvenient exercise of credit card replacement.

Although right on a main street, you were surrounded by palm trees which gave us seclusion and buffeted the outside noise. Only 1 1/2 blocks away from the riverwalk - within a short walking distance.   The hotel room was very well appointed with a comfortable bed and a very big flat-screen television and sitting area. The breakfast (included in the nightly rate) was great and provided a variety of hot and cold items.   Nice decor. I liked that an old building had been converted into a hotel. Old charm mixed with contemporary decor. I liked the set up of the restroom and vanity. - The staff was just incredible, from the front-desk reception to the valets. The room, which overlooked the Alamo, was very nice. We loved our time at the Indigo.

  Had to change nights. Westin and letsbookhotel.com were able to accommodate change. have not been able to do that with other sites. Thanks to ALEX at Westin!! - Loved the pool. Beauitifully designed with good views. Beds very comfortable. Nice and spacious bathroom. Shower is AMAZING.

It's close enough to walk to many of the main attractions of San Antonio like The Alamo, The Riverwalk and numerous museums. There is also a very nice fitness center. The resort is very conveniently located next to the Riverwalk and within a short walk of all the downtown... what people say » attractions.   This was a sister weekend and we are sisters in our fifties. It was wonderful we walked everywhere. Everything was close to the sites and shopping places. We drove to all the missions before we checked in and once we checked in we never got the car again. I highly recommend this motel it cost more that a motel 6 but it 100 times better. Bring your own food if you want to save money it has a full kitchen except a oven but if you want to - The light supper served Mon to Thurs is wonderful and enough for seniors, dieters, and most people. The breakfast was super. With these meals included the price was very reasonable. We choose the valet parking and were very pleased. Parking in any big city is expensive and since we wanted to shop and do the riverwalk everything was handy so vehicle was only retrieved at end of stay. Extra service was provided with a smile and feeling of no trouble to do that for us.

  I've stayed at many highly rated hotels in San Antonio, and Mokara is unquestionably at the top of my list. It starts with superior service - over the top attention to detail.
