  The manager and regional manager reached out to me.. Very kid friendly also we were able to go jet skiing, kayaking, swimming, etc.. Wonderful time to top off our vacation for the summer. - The location close to disney and just off the strip. Lots of restaurants and things to do. Close to hi4. It was a simple fix, users error, but she laughed it off with us and stayed a few moments to chat.
