Low price and an excellent room, good location, close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Low price , clean place ,good location , very friendly and helpful staff .staff very friendly, very clean hotel and room. very close to disney. Night staff by the name of Rosa was exceptionally helpful and curteous. The fact that it is situated by a small lake and that the pool was set out in the back away from the busy street. very friendly and helpfull people. Location, breakfast (if you are not american way, it's cool!!!), employees, condition air, heating ( i needed), everything was good. Good location, rooms were clean and staff was friendly.excellent housekeeping service daily. The hotel staff. I thought the continental breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of world class cuisine, exotic fruits and mouthwatering deserts. We loved the clean room, the good value for money, the shuttle to Disney, the friendlyness of the staff.The hotel had a great rate, it was very clean, and quite close to everything. Nice older hotel with a great value and a decent location.The location .....back from the highway. Rate was well worth it and the facility is nice and large. Had a little balcony that was quaint, though it looked out over a parking lot. Room was clean and comfortable, and included a basic breakfast, which was nice.Good room, okay location, clean room. Given the price, it's a great hotel. Easy access to the outlet stores and the parks. Free parking. Although on SR-192 and near Disney World, the area was secluded and away from all the annoying lights.Air conditioning worked well and room was okay, cable tv was excellent. Very good hotel. The flush in the toilet was not working well, even though they came every day to fix it.The continental breakfast could have used a little variety. We had cornflakes and bread for 4 days straight. Another type of cereal to mix things up would have been great. Apparently they have a new sign and it was not well lit. Was difficult to find at night.We were on the 5th floor.....and the elevator wasn't working in our building. The night front desk clerk barely said a word, wasn't friendly. And it took him a long time to bring me up on the computer, so I had to say "Well?" to see if any problem. He just mumbled that it was slow but he did indeed have my reservation. He asked for my credit card and drivers license and made copies of those - wasn't real comfortable with leaving a copy of my credit card with him.The breakfast was't very good, if you want eggs you have to pay for it extra. We would recommend having breakfast somewhere else, other than that, nothing wrong with the place. The continental breakfast is from 6-9am which assumes everyone is a early bird. All other hotels have breakfast from 7am-11am which fits most travelers schedule much better.Continental breakfast was barely complimentary. The choice for the"free" food was minimal and it was really demeaning to have to pay forthings like cream cheese and jelly. Why even offer a complimentarycontinental breakfast? Why not just eliminate this and charge maybe 5.00less for the room as I felt it was an insult. This was a first for us!. Lack of space for breakfast and poor choice. There was only cereal and toast, but you get what you pay for.breakfast bar the first time I stayed. My credit card was charged twice, one on february 14th for $ 117.18 and the other on february 16th for $ 97.18. Next time i will pay in cash and get a written receipt.The breafast buffet was too early. 7-9am is too early for those that do not work and want to relax. The corridor carpet in second section in the three stories had bad smell.One thing you need to improve is the housekeeping department. We stayed about 4 days and three nights, bathroom is not being clean everyday. They do not give enough supplies for the number of persons that stays in the room. Three adults and one child stayed in the room but everyday, only one soap is being provided. It really does not matter to us because we brought our own stuff but to other customers it might be a different case. All but one of the ice machines did not work. The only one working was in the lobby.Continental breakfast was horrible with limited choices. its breakfast. cleaning of the room..meaning of this I stayed more than a week but was not enough changing of the sheets for this period.(only 2 times as far as I know). The room smelled awful and the carpet felt damp.
