  Absolutely loved this hotel! Fantastic value for money. Such lovely staff. Perfect location to explore Waikiki. Perfectly clean rooms/bathroom. Great cocktails around the pool.   The Hilton Hawaii is a very grand and posh hotel. So obviously expensive. Facilities are very good. 8 swimming pools. Eateries. Shopping mall. Grocery etc. easily available. Beach is poor and stony. You can stay in the hotel and enjoy. Staff is helpful but because they have over 3,000 rooms, there is a huge crowd during check-in and check-out whic... what people say » h can lead to long lines. But the staff is helpful and courteous. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Ocean view rooms are the best especially the views f - Got upgraded to a king bed corner room top floor of an ocean front tower. Staff were all excellent and friendly. Service was typically American with high standards. All very approachable. The rooms and resort we're clean and tidy all the time. Very child friendly, with movie nights for the kids and plenty of water activities and also a kids club for the younger ones. Best hotel beachfront location on Waikiki. We travelled there in October.
