  Sra. Mercedes who cleaned our room was very helpful. She went out of her way to assist me when she realized I could not walk. She is to be commended for her caring and professionalism. And, the front desk staff did everything to change our room to put us next to the elevator to accomodate my use of crutches. - This hotel is great!!!   HAd a problem because the poolwas closed for maintenance, resolved to my satisfaction with hotel staff. George was very helpful and professional. - I loved the huge room, hot tub/ indoor pool, and the staff was friendly. Free breakfast coupon was great too! Such a great deal for the price.

  The staff were really friendly, professional, helpful and always willing to assist and provide information. Chirine and Arita, and shuttle bus drivers helped me a lot with their recommendations on my daily trips and sightseeing. The shuttle bus service from/to Rockville station was regular and reliable. I will definitel - My husband and I were attending a family 60th wedding anniversary. It was convenient to where the party was held. I think that location is best suited for business. Nothing in walking distance around. The staff was wonderful and allowed us to check in a littler earlier becaue we were coming from PA and wanted to change prior to the party.
