  HAd a problem because the poolwas closed for maintenance, resolved to my satisfaction with hotel staff. George was very helpful and professional. - I loved the huge room, hot tub/ indoor pool, and the staff was friendly. Free breakfast coupon was great too! Such a great deal for the price.

  The staff were really friendly, professional, helpful and always willing to assist and provide information. Chirine and Arita, and shuttle bus drivers helped me a lot with their recommendations on my daily trips and sightseeing. The shuttle bus service from/to Rockville station was regular and reliable. The hotel room was quiet and clean. I will definitel - My husband and I were attending a family 60th wedding anniversary. It was convenient to where the party was held. I think that location is best suited for business. Nothing in walking distance around. The staff was wonderful and allowed us to check in a littler earlier becaue we were coming from PA and wanted to change prior to the party.
