  Very personable staff especially the man working the checkout desk on 11 September during the day.I kept my bags with him and he was very accommodating. - The staff was very friendly. I had scheduled a late arrival. The front desk greeted me by name when I walked in the door after midnight. Impressive. Hotel is on train line into the city.

  Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.

  Polite and helpful staff, no complaints about this hotel at all. Excellent value for money. Rooms were clean and well amintained. - really fast breakfast and packed me a take out lunch helpful staff for how to get places
