  Everything is perfect, room very beautiful and well equipped with all the ameneties a guest wish to have, very clean.Beutiful bathroom with shower/bathtube.The hotel is located close to the Logan Airport (from the airport get the Silver Line bus and get off at the second stop), 15 minutes by walk to the "World "Trade" T-Station, anyway if you like... what people say » walk about 40 minutes and you are in downtown .Indoor pool, SPA.Friedly staff. - Staff was very friendly and offered to upgrade our room just because they found out we were on our anniversary. The maid was very quick and efficient. We left our room for 20 minutes for breakfast and she had the whole room cleaned by the time we returned. The room was very neat and clean. The hotel was very nicely decorated and upscale.

  Was close to fenway park where I was going to a concert. Good restaraunts in the area. Love Boston anyway. The hotel was brand new loved the fact that we were the very first guest checking in! The staff could not have been any nicer to us. - Loved the friendly , accommodating staff. The location was perfect, near public transport, restaurants, et... what people say » c. The kitchenette, on site laundry room and rooftop balcony/bar area is a plus. - The Hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent and they continued to replenish the food until closing time. I heard they also do free Dinner Buffets during the week.

  Great location in the heart of back bay, a ten minute walk for us to Fenway park for a Red Sox game, less than 5mins to Newbury st for shopping, breakfast in the hotel was fantastic, great relaxing hotel with a lovely gym and pool! Bathroom was very clean, we got extra towels which was not requested every morning! A great hotel! I will be returning next - Our reception on arrival was warm and friendly. This was our first visit to Boston and as it was early evening we were able to quickly obtain the information we needed regarding where to go to eat. The room was clean and fresh with all we needed. However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern! Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common

  The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. She remember why we were there and expressed her condolance for the disapointment. Everyone else at the desk was great too. One girl didn't even have her coat off and opened our drink an... what people say » d csshed us out. The hotel was beautiful and our view was perfect. The valay men were excelent as well. When rihanna comes back to boston we shall too - We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.

  What was supposed to be a romantic weekend with the love of my life was rudely interrupted by Snowstorm "Nemo", so I ended up at this wonderful Inn all alone for 3 nights. Still, it's a lovely historic site that was very comfortable and in a superb location. I loved most everything about it and I'll certainly go back with my love as soon as we get... what people say » the opportunity. PS - the Sevens Pub right across the street is a great place to hangout in a snowstorm. - Friendly staff, lovely big room, breakfast in the room, treats, elevator, huge bed. It seemed a pretty good bargain. Plenty of drawers and hangers. Oh, and the location is absolutely perfect - close to the T, close to the Common, readily accessible (we did not drive).
