  The staff at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta were friendly and paitent first and foremost. We felt as if we were royal guest each time we returned to the hotel after leaving. Lots of friendly smiling faces, doors opened, and well wishes. We really like the robes provided during our stay as well. We are scouting hotels in which to marry in the coming year ... what people say » and we took notice of the Zen garden and terrace as potential photo ops. Very Nice! We plan to visit the area in the coming months. Fantastic Place to - Location was great. Staff were extremely pleasant and more than helpful with our every request. Would definitely stay there if I returned. Only downside- outdoor pool- my children really wanted to swim . We enjoyed fitness center as well.

  Loved the hotel - from the minute we pulled up and we had help to unload our bags until the minute we left, and once again, we had help loading our bags - service was friendly, professional, and impeccable. Everyone always greeted us with a smile I have never experienced a better hotel staff ever! The shuttle bus even wad very helpful and patient provided tips on places to visit in Atlanta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There were 2 weddings going on and it was not a need to get around the wedding groups. I will be returning.
