  Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, very nice resort. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the things we booked it for because it was closed and we were not told this when we booked. Other than that, it's a great place. - Cleanliness, Staff very friendly, helpful. Location. The food.

  The in room dining made a lasting impression on both of us. The servers were personable and the chefs were thoughtful with their presentation. (And the food was great). The entire staff was pleasant and very helpful.

  This hotel and property have been expertly designed for the location. It was the best air conditioning of any hotel I have ever been in, completely unobtrusive and efficient. Everything about this hotel has been thought through for the safety and comfort of the guests.   Worth the extra $20 a night for room with a view. More privacy and the scenic view was beautiful. It was a quick 30 minute car ride to downtown Phoenix.
