My good report today was based upon a previous stay there several years ago. I am specially commending Candlewood Suites Chicago today for waiving my cancellation charges. I booked the hotel one day in advance of a planned trip to Chicago which was cancelled due to a snowstorm.

The rooms were clean with a modern upgrade. Quiet area, very close to airport, and close enough to go downtown with out the hassle of downtown. All the amenity of home. Full size fridge, 2 top stove, microwave. Free wifi. Best place to stay. I would stay again on my next trip.

The general manager and staff were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable and safe when I was unexpectedly unable to accompany her during her stay there.
