The general manager and staff were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable and safe when I was unexpectedly unable to accompany her during her stay there. We are very grateful for the excellent attention they gave and would recommend this motel to friends and family. The front desk staff were very helpful indeed. I must make particular mention of Brian who was always ready to answer questions, give helpful tips and information and if he didn't know the answer, he would find it out. Excellent stuff!.
all reviews » The staff is really helpful and professional... It worths every penny !!! Nice location close to the O'Hare airport and Metro station... Dennys is just right next door and opens 24 hours !!!. I liked that it was close to the comedy club we were going to. The young lady gave us a complimentary stay. Please see what I didn't like to see why she gave that to us. Fine if you need a room to sleep with no further requirements. The 1 minute walk to Denny's is convenient and they have free WiFi. Very quick staff i went at early morning 5 am after 14 hours of driving, she made my room in minutes Perfect. Excellent and friendly staff. The price was a big factor. the price was really nice, it was located close to some restaurants and the airport. Parking gratuit, chambre spacieuse. Conbemient for. OHare. Location is the only good thing about this hotel. location. Not much. Nothing. There was a cockroach on the ceiling. I was told that I would be given a credit of $10, when in fact I wasn't credited anything. I feel that she lied to me. My bank statement is charged $73. Like in nearly all American motels, the walls and doors are flimsy, so sounds come through. With out any valid reasons or explanation they charged me US$ 15 more no reasons were given. I couldn't get into the wi-fi, even though I paid for the service. I did get a refund, however. No coffee macine. although we had a non-smoking room it was smelly. Internet non inclus (mais pa trés cher). Distance from metro staion. Not clean. Unconfortable beds and poor facilities. no airport chuttle I have to get a taxi round trip 40 $ on the top. The receptionist was not very helpful at first. We booked a non-smoking room and the room we were given was clearly a smoking allowed room. there was terrible smell. She first offered a refund which does not help much. we were in a city we did not know and, it would be very difficult to find another place. then she agreed to refund, and arrange a free night in a nearby motel 6. Almost everything, rude employees, had to go out and buy a tv, not clean.... The Motel 6 is very very expensive. Hotel does not have shuttle transportation to/from OHare Airport and taxis charge 50 dlrs round trip then you add 60 dlrs Hotel rate makes 110 dlrs per nite. Hotel is bad for 110 dlrs. letsbookhotel.com must avaliate better to offer Motel 6.
