OM-Gosh! What a hotel.... Firstly the staff are A-mazing and secondly the hotel is just marvellous. This hotel is more like a private members club than a hotel, its chic, suave and sophisticated but by no means 'showey' like most high-end expensive hotels. Soft-Drinks and Treats in the room are all gratis which - The closest hotel I have found is the Milestone in London. You can pay up for a fancy, big lobby but I think this is actually the best hotel experience.

Very comfortable, elegant hotel in the heart of SoHo, brilliant for shopping and eating out. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, and we did not feel out of place with our 4 boys aged 11-20. It was expensive, but then everything in New York is expensive! The breakfasts were very good (but not included). The hotel is near several subway s... what people say » tations so it is really easy to get around. - This hotel is almost so perfect, so it becomes in fact boring. How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.
