I appreciated the fact that I was called back when I left a message with
housekeeping about a computer cord that I forgot in the hotel room. The
found my cord and are mailing it to me. That service was good! -

There was breakfast at 4:45 am for us before we had to leave for the airport. Microtel had drivers available to drop us off at the airport at 5:00 am and pick us up at 12:00 pm on our return flight. It was amazing. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. -

The staff were wonderful - especially Cherie at the front desk- We want to make sure management knows what a gem they have there. Complementary breakfast was delicious with hot dishes included. We loved everything about our stay. The room was great! I thought I reserved a 1 bedroom queen suite city view and when we got there it was actually a 2 bedroom queen suite with a canal view, it was amazing! Our view over looked a dumpster but it is the basic room. The rooms are nice and more designed for a long stay. The location is what makes it worth the young staff and the ok accommodations. -
