The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful with just about anything you needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. The price of the accomadations was outstanding for the location in the downtown area. The morning breakfast was fantastic and the servers were very pleasant and accomadating. all reviews » The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had issues with our first room due to an issue with the lock on the door. They were unable to fix it but immediately got us another room and provided complimentary breakfest for our trouble. The front disk manger was cooperative and she surprised me with free breakfast coupon which was not included . Like the staff, hotel location, cleanness It is clear the hotel management is professionalism. The staff was awesome. Everyone from check in to restaurant were very nice. It was only a two block walk to the Bankers Life Fieldhouse for our concert. I loved the location as it was within walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. 24/7 coffee at the lobby. The room was very clean but the bed was uncomfortable. No where to sit outside being a early riser it would have been nice to sit outside to drink coffee and watch the city wake up. Even to sit while waiting for car or others too come down from rooms. I have trouble with standing due to illness . There is no where in the area to sit. The front desk staff was helpful, but the the girl (name maybe Hilery or something close) had our keys assigned to the wrong room, then ran the wrong card for our room and had everything all messed up. i was very flustrated and unhappy with my service from her. Too much noise hard time sleeping. no continental breakfast. Full size beds rather than queen size. I did not get the room I booked online. The elevators were not finished. The phones didn't work, the termostat didn't work. The bed was not adustable like we were told. The cable feed was bad and there were dirty dished in the hallway the entire time we were there. gum under table, hairs on bathroom floor.
