I was most impressed with your staff - everyone was very nice - polite - helpful - friendly. The desk personnel were particularly personable, but so were the maintenance staff. One morning when my hands were full of breakfast plates for the kids and coffee for myself, a custodian stopped and helped me carry it all to our room on the second floor

I also thought your buffet breakfast was "quite the spread" with delicious choices. -
Clean and fresh. Staff was very nice and professional. I really like
the daily exchange of linnen, especially the duvets. Most hotels do
not do this!
Sharon was very responsive in correcting my bill when the dayshift front desk clerk, (a portly male) gave me the runaround regarding my HH price for valet parking.

Great hotel with internal parking (at any time, even in the night). Another plus is the breakfast, very good with many options from waffles and muffins to fruits and yogurt, juices, coffee, just great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, good customer service! The room was very clean, confortable, and with all amenities (good air conditioner, fridge, lcd tv, a safe, etc.); this was a king room.

We love the friendly atmosphere and the references to early Hollywood films and actors! The staff were all friendly and very responsive to our needs and requests. When we needed anything, such as a bathmat or the sink unclogged, they were there immediately! We loved the pool and hot tub area and spent most afternoons there after our sightseein

restaraunt, the front desk, the shuttle driver, the people in the
gift shop. Give everyone a raise. I hope I get a chance to come back.
I think the person that stood out was Sonia in the restaraunt. I
wrote some negative comments since you asked but I would stay there
again in a minute.

The room was like a studio apartment, not what we were expecting at all. The bathroom was huge and we especially liked the waterfall shower. The staff were friendly and the parking was undercover and conveniently located. Cross proximity to Universal Studios which was the sole purpose for our stay.

We liked that it was only a 5 min walk to Universal Studios. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient. Their 24hr room service was also great, since we only checked in at midnight. -
