I received some breakfast coupons (b/c I had switched from a non- smoking to a smoking room), but could not use them because I had work conference calls in the morning. I went to the reception in an attempt to change them over to lunch vouchers, and the representative understood my s... what people say » ituation and replaced the breakfast voucher for lunch ones. Kudos to the staff! - Beautiful and very pleasant. Everyone was so helpful. Bell men took care of us very well. I wish I had gotten their names but unfortunately I failed to get the names.   We were allowed to check in early which was great because we got in early and had no place to leave our luggage. They also held our luggage for us until we left later in the day. Great customer service! - I liked that it was convenient to UT and the hotel theme was country/longhorn.
