  the hotel would have been perfect but for the point of the building work going on throughout the pool area. which ran throughout the length of the hotel. - The hotel staff was very nice. The food was very good and the situation of the hotel near the beach was perfect. We will very much like to come back

  Was beautiful, lovely room comfy bed, double sinks in bathroom, rain shower, 2 pools both lovely, lovely bar beside pool open in evenings. Nice cool interior, v. relaxing. staff very friendly. 1 minute walk to beach. perfect place to stay. i would go back here. Great kitchen, superb food, nice selection of wines, not far from the beach, nice partnership with Diamond Beach Club. All in all, a place and hotel to return.

  This is a great hotel in a great location. Located in Kata Beach with great staff, a good swimming pool and a good restaurant. I would definitely go back. - I loved the layout of the hotel and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone that is thinking of using it

  Magnificent atmosphere and 5 star service. We stayed in the resort 6 days in jan of 2011. All nice words about Eric and his approach to hotel service wich I red in the web before trip were true. It is far from the beach but it doesn`t metter a lot because he offer a transfer service to beach and back for free.

  We loved our stay at Baan Mandala Villa 7. Only a short walk to Bang Tao beach along a small road with more or less no traffic. The area is very quiet but close to everything you need. Great restaurants on the beach are within a 5 min walk. We would recommend to hire a car. Surin beach is only 5 min away going south and the Laguna resorts with many... what people say » restaurants, 5 star resorts and shopping is right next door. The villa has everything you need, spacious with high ceilings and a very large swimm - Really close to the beach - the "Great room" was spectacular! The beds were the softest I have slept on in a long while. iPod docking station came in handy as there was no other form of music, other than the television. There were even movies available for free for the dvd. I loved the privacy. Calling out for dinner is simple and food is fantastic.

  It was pretty good value for the money. but like every bed i have ever slept in thailand, the beds are hard. I bought two inflatable air mattresses, and slept on those. - The staff were friendly. The pool was nice.
