They were extremely kind and very helpful. Their English fluency is enough to hold a conversation with them. We were happy with the location as it was just across from Belle Spa, some restaurants nearby and especially Family Mart just around the corner. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel.

  If we ever return to Phuket it is not for the fantastic sandy beaches, nor for the amazing nightlife, nor for the delicious food but for staying at Baan Andaman Sea Surf again. Before booking at this hotel a lot of reviews mentioned the distant location of the hotel from the beach, but in our opinion this distance (20 to 30 minutes on foot accordi... what people say » ng to one's pace) is one of the advantages of the hotel as you can get out from the busy touristic area and relax in quiet an pleasant atmosphere. And - Best value for money in Patong with efficient air conditioning and a wonderful splash pool. The owners bent over backwards for us and offered lots of tips and useful information during our stay.free lifts to the beach daily were also a bonus and we would definetely recommend this hotel.

  Very friendly and helpful staff; pick-up service from the airport in a comfortable car with a very nice driver (at a reasonable extra cost); nice and clean room; best breakfast we had in Thailand (with REAL coffee! Usually, you are served instant coffe in hotels in Thailand), which was served at the uppermost floor with roof terrace; good location... what people say » = close to the old centre of Phuket Town. - Staff is really helpful when booking tours etc. You get 50% discount off the spa next door which was really good. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

The room decoration is awesome, clean, modern, air c - was quite and clean, beds were softer than most we have stayed in before such as sugar palm resort. Close to the safer part of kata beach for swimming/surfing. New restaurants have opened up around the hotel with great food, a bit higher priced but you get what you pay for, this end of kata is really starting to take of. Friendly staff with a few who understand english very well, would stay here again.

Hotel is new, clean and withing a walking distance from 7/11 :-). - Was only a one night stop-over before catching the ferry to PP next morning and served us perfectly well - even included breakfast too. Room was basic but comfy and clean.
