Maintenance was good as our bathtub got some - The staffs are friendly and attentive to all our request and needs. A quite and peaceful environment for a night stay. The designs are modern, clean and new facilities. They even provide cool drinking water at the lobby for us to drink each time we came back to the hotel after a day trip. Conveniently located next to a 24hrs convenient store and easy access to restaurant nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay and definitely recommend it to anyone which prefer a quite and comfortable staying envir

Everything is new (stayed in the new block). Clean. Wifi is VERY fast and reliable, every floor has a router. Motorbike rental 250 baht a day (new bike). Next to a pharmacy. For info: Minivan to and from airport is 180 baht per person, every hour, pick up from hotel. Airport is about an hour away.

  The hotel had some excellent deals going which included breakfast. It is a private boutique style hotel with a full sized bedroom seperate to a living area and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the ocean and the rooftop pool was inviting with 99 baht cocktails on sunset. We were also given a 10% discount off massages next door. There was a bit of a view from the rooms but a lovely view to the beach from the pool level (3rd floor) free wifi. And the staff always helped me get started. Very helpful and caring when my daughter had gastro the day we were checking out. Let us stay longer and relaxed in foyer waiting for the taxi. Thanks Starfish and Baby. Lovely new clean hotel.

  So my first stay in Phuket was at this hotel, which I decided to go for 3 nights to allow enough time to see the local area and take trips to Phuket town. The first aspect I'd like to credit are the AMAZING staff, which they spoke very good english and were very helpful in letting me get a better idea of the area but also are generally very nice p... what people say » eople to talk to. The hotel is also just a few minutes walk from 2 massive shopping malls (Lotus and Central festival) which host regular events for l - The staff were great could not fault them at all made me feel very welcome when they found out the reason i was staying there (my wife was in hospital across the road) they asked every day how she was and when i checked out my wife was in the taxi and they came down to see her and wish her well what a great staff they have there.
