Well i stayed for nine days and i can honestly say i really enjoyed my time there, close to all amenities but not loud or to busy, twin hotels my hotel and my hotel too, mine being hotel too, the staff at mine were great, Aee the receptionist is fantastic nothing is a problem and will always go out of her way to help, rooms cleaned every morning by the staff which once again i can not fault, i will stay again and look forward to it and the cost was very fair, if you are prone to complaint and ex.
all reviews » Location is perfect, tour agency nearby, can purchase island hoping tour easily. Everything is new (stayed in the new block). Clean. Wifi is VERY fast and reliable, every floor has a router. Motorbike rental 250 baht a day (new bike). Next to a pharmacy. For info: Minivan to and from airport is 180 baht per person, every hour, pick up from hotel. Airport is about an hour away. I have styed at there sister hotel before [ Pacific light hotel ] and the staff are very helpfull , the building is new and in an excellent position for shopping , and the beach is only 5 minutes throu a lane way restaurants at the door. It's all about location, this is a cute hotel tucked away in a sidestreet, across the road from Paradise Soi and a 4 minute walk to the beach and 56 minutes from the shopping centre. My room was clean and the staff were friendly. I enjoyed the hotel being close to the bangla road craziness and beach yet far enough away to not be overwhelmed by everything as well. There's a lot of good restaurants for decent prices as well close to the hotel. The room was really nice and the staff was helpful. Although the hotel is in the heart of Patong Beach, it was always quite since it was located on a side street away from the bustling road. Nice place, big rooms and good value for money. Near to Patong, bangla, banzaan market and jungceylon. My family stayed here for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Nice Big rooms. A very large and nice bed, could easily fit 4 pers. It's very modern i think. Very helpful and Nice staff. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect location, Only minutes walk to the beach and shops such as jungceylon. Staff were friendly. No lift, stayed on the 5th floor, had to walk up 5 floors everyday. :( tiring but its a good exercise. some noise as late nighters return , little door slamming but all in all very nice. There was really nothing I could complain about. The staff didn't speak very good english but were still nice people and tried they're best to communicate. Also, the internet wasn't the greatest but i've come to expect that travelling in thailand. I was given the only room on the ground floor which was right near the reception. Although there was no noise from the streets, there was noise all night from the front desk area. One day the water supply failed but they managed to fix it after several hours. The aircondition had its own life. The shower was either too cold or too hot. There is no door between the room and the bathroom only a thick curtain but it's a really lovely hotel. Should have a lift for those staying on the upper floor.seems hectic to carry your bulky and heavy luggage bags up. Air con was not cold enough Stairs!!!!!!. - wifi often did not work, though i told the staff many times. Wi-Fi was not consistent. one night was out of order!. The internet line not so excellent. But so far, ok. Nothing. no lift. small rooms. Bags)))). Staff not very friendly at all. Constant problems in connecting to wifi. Very bad drain smell coming from bathrooms which made entire room smell bad. Complained about it but received no response. air condition bad and WiFi slow stuff can't speak English well. Small ants in room, no slippers. REALLY small room. Glad we only stayed for one night, I have no idea where we would have put our luggage, if we should have stayed longer. Could hear everything everybody else did in the buliding, e.g. walking up the stairs, flushing the toilet etc. . room small i booked the room but when i checked out, the staff there said i had not paid yet. almost missed my flight!!!!. Room vere smill .. noisy .. don't spoek english.
