  Outrigger was definitely the best hotel we've stayed at in Thailand. Since the moment the hotel was revealed to my eyes from far away by long tail boat, my breathe was taken and it was hard to readjust. Approximately 1km spread with coconut trees white sand crystal water (although it is tiding down afternoon), 4 restaurants, huge amazing pool incl... what people say » uding inside bar. We came for our honeymoon and this is by far the most suitable hotel for that purpose, surrounded by peaceful couples. The rooms are - My husband has food allergies and I emailed the staff ahead of time to inform them. The food & beverage manager met with us and assured us that her staff had the list. Indeed they did - it was nice not to have to repeat all the allergies and they were all very thorough. The property, bungalow, pool and restaurants were all great. We were really impressed and thankful for the 3 nights we had here. We were finally able to get some sleep.

  The staff were amazing, the accommodation was basic (expected and exactly what we wanted), it was so serene, away from the hustle and bustle and the most breathtaking & amazing place I've ever been.   The location is perfect. Near by everything and best places(Phi Phi island is small) but also not noisy. You can go easily to everywhere but it is still quiet in this area.   The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They are all very approachable to ask any kinda questions. Same for the manager if we needed anything he help us straight away . Basic and clean exactly what you need in phi phi.   The resort itself is very nice, the cottage / appartment is clean (they clean it every day if you request it), we chose the air conditioned one, which we fully reccoment, because of the tropical weather. The fan is not enough. At the beggining of your stay the staff seemed to be unfriendly, but later on, they became to be nice and helpful. But cou... what people say » ld be better.. Breakfast is good (you can choose between 3 options), but every day the same. We stayed 6 nights and when I sum it up, it was very nice - Tree houses were quality, on a steep hill but great value.   We loved the view...it was astonishing...maybe the best in phi phi.The staff were very friendly and looked as they enjoyed their work.Our bags were carried to and from the pier and up a considerable number of steps with no charge.The dining area had a spectacular view of both bays.The rooms were quite smart as phi phi goes,with all the comforts yo... what people say » u would expect and the staff inspire your trust...In short we loved it.(If you have any mobility issues however the steps leading up to the hotel are - At first, was skeptical about so many non-stop steps before you reach the hotel premises, but once you are up there, the view covering the bay is simply amazing! The warm and cozy deluxe room had a balcony with a similar experience, with all basic amenities. The crowd was nice and the food was good too. Only seven minutes walk to the beach, so it's convenient too.

  This hotel was very central, but was far enough away from the noise of the bars. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. - Nice and clean room and good location(if you want to be on the non party part of the island). The pool area was nice and a lot of resturants close by.
