  The location is good - just across the bridge from the BTS station (Saphon Taksin) and the boat ferry stop (Central Pier or Sathorn). Good range of breakfast food. Whilst you can find better food outside in the evening, the food in the restaurant is not bad. The rooms are more than adequate - enormous double bed and good shower. Staff are helpful... what people say » and courteous. - Rooms were a fairly good size. There was a queen sized bed and enough room to accommodate another queen sized bed. It's really near the pier to take the river taxi across. Plenty of eateries just outside the hotel. 7 eleven 5mins walk from the hotel. Most of the reception staff were very helpful except for one particular male staff (see below).

  Hotel is not in nice ambience but good located, 5min from city train (s) away which is easily linked with metro. Pool is a benefit in hot days,however many dead flies were "swimming as well". :) it does not provide free wifi but the pc room offers 1h for 20 baht. - Crowning feature = the HUGE pool.   I arrived very early in the morning and check in was not untill 2 they let me store my bags, go for a shower and take a nap on one of the chill out mats whilst I waited! It was just what I needed after getting no sleep on my night bus. I stayed 5 nights in total and found there was a very social atmosphere. The rooms were clean and cheap, close en... what people say » ough to walk to patpong market and not to far from koh san road. Also BTS stop very near by. I will be back in Bangkok in a few weeks time and will de - Second hostel I have stayed in, thought this one was excellent. Great atmosphere. Very friendly helpful staff, met a lot of friendly backpackers, had a couple of good nights out with good advice from staff. Each bed had a light, plug socket, comfortable clean mattress, and my shower was warm. I stayed on a 4 bed dorm.
