Staff were the best we experienced at 6 hotels during our holiday! Friendly, helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. The most comfortable bed I think I've ever slept in too, I took a photo of the brand in an attempt to find one like it back home. Bathroom was very clean but the shower didn't drain quickly. -

Room and facilities were modern and great. Excellent quality overall. Great gym, nice big rooms, kitchen and bathroom were very nice. Bathrobes and laundry was over the top nice. Felt very much like home. Great views from balcony and fantastic location on Thong Lo. I look forward to staying here again. The staff was friendly and helpful.
