The girls at the desk were amazing, they made you feel right at home and - We had a room with window (the cheapest one has no window) and it was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful, they asked about our plans and helped to plan buses or trains to get to our destination and wrote us in English and Thai all important information :) Location, it is about 5 minute walk to Ko San and about 25 to Royal Palace. Place has convenient location and yet is very quite.

  I spent with my wife 5 nights in this hotel in Nov 2013. Hotel is quite new and really worth recommendation. I am able to list only adventages. Staff is very helpfull (they can arrange you taxi or tuk tuk without any extra fee) and friendly as well. Hotel restaurant / caffe offers good breakfast (you can choose one of 5 sets - ofcourse beverages ... what people say » included :)). In the close area especially in the afternoon you can also find few street food spots and two 7 Eleven shops. Rooms are originally desig - The Warehouse is a great bargain that provides all the necessary amenities. The room was perfectly adequate, the staff outstanding (except for one young man who didn't arrange for our metered-taxi one morning), and although the location is a bit off the beaten track and definitely not upscale, we loved being part of an authentic Thai neighborhood. We definitely would stay here again. The young woman at the front desk evenings was lovely and helpful in every way! Let's not forget the elevato

  Very friendly and helpful staff and they really made an effort to make us feel welcome. Food was good and well priced. Always clean and even though the surrounding location seemed a bit neglected the hotel was kept very well and we always felt secure. Highly recommended and this was our best experience with all the places we stayed in for 3 weeks ... what people say » ranging from budget to more expensive hotels. Best value for money we experienced on our trip. Grand Palace and Khao San road 5-10 main away. - Rooms are big and new except for the bathroom(Thai style) and are kept spotless everyday! The location is great for Khao San Road aswell as Grand Palace and other sights in the old town. Walking distance. The young girls at reception sprak Bert limieten English but are really friendly! Breakfast was good enough. If you are looking for a homely feel then don't book here but if you want great location and clean, comfortable rooms Baan Boran is perfect for you. Would book here again
