  The room was clean and the room size was good with all necessary amenities and with a nice view from the balcony to the garden and the swimming pools. They have a swimming pool for small children which is perfect. Towels for the pool and beach are free. The kids club was very good for our one year old daughter. They have free shuttle buses to the city and beach of Patong and tuk tuk to the - The staff were absolutely friendly and were willing to go the extra mile! Smiley, honest, pleasant and totally committed to excellent customer service! The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and with modern furniture and equipment. Even after we checked out and went to the beach the hotel let us take a shower afterwards and provided us with clean towels. The hotel itself is a great architecture effort, it is a few scattered buildings in a garden-like environment with a pool in the middle. Very gr
