So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased. Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.

They are very nice and they take you until the apartmente. Moreover, it is very near from the main street. Just perfect location. - Good location in city center. The room was furnished in a simple yet functional way. The coffee/ tea making facility in the room was much apprecia - The hotel is situated in an old, but greatly renovated, tenant house. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The ceiling was high, allowed for plenty of air to breathe. The mini bar was full, and breakfast varied and more than sufficient. The produce was fresh, bread from a bakery, not from a supermarket. Selection of teas for breakfast great, and coffee very tasty. Ladies serving breakfast always polite and smiling.

  The room was very clean and modern with brilliant self-catering facilities. The breakfast was fantastic as it was very traditional and in plentiful supply. - I stayed there with my sister for three night and found that the staff were lovely always polite and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble i would certainly recommend the hotel.

  A very nice hotel to stay in Krakov. I liked the location cause I also managed to see another region of Krakov - Kazimiers and I would never do it if I had a hotel in the center. And it is about 10 minutes walk from the center. Breakfast is quite good. We were woken every morning early by a very loud group on team building exercises/conference. I was originally worried about the shared bathroom, but the ladies' shower area was completely spotless and it was no problem at all. Location is also good and you can hop on the number 8 tram to get to Market Square in 10-15 minutes.   Fantastic stay! This was our first trip to Poland and we were in Krakow for about a week. My wife and I traveled with another couple so we wanted a clean/comfortable two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and washing machine within walking distance of multiple historical/tourist areas of Krakow. Ventus Rosa was perfect! And the customer service ... what people say » is outstanding...friendly, attentive, and flexible to schedule changes. They don't have a restaurant or breakfast area but they do have an arrangemen - Fantastic clean and new apartments. Nice kitchen and big luxurious bathroom. Big tv and comfortable beds. Like being at home! Easy to find and within 15 minutes walk to the old town and the train station. Lovely girl at reception checked us in and showed us all the things to see and do on the map and we could even use the printer in the reception. We could also use the washing machine in the room and the hotel provided free washing powder too.
