We ask for more towels and they arrived instaniously. The meal in the restaurant was actually one of the best in our stay. All the staff were helpful and just what we wanted out of a stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very convient to a tram stop which can lead you a few stops to the city. It would probably be a nice walk in summer maybe not so in January. Good restaurants, etc, But more for the younger generation... less for seniors. However, the Qubus Hotel was absolutely outstanding!!! I am a great fan of industrial architecture anyway but the design team on this project have really created something special. The detail is amazing, from the small graffiti style symbols and random visuals to the amazing atrium and roof-top swimming pool. It's the cleanest and most spacious Ibis we ever stayed in. Multilingual staff is very helpful and friendly. I asked for a retro style room, which was not available, but I was assured I d get a superior room. Indeed, my room was very spacious, very clean and had character. Staff, from cleaning ladies to porters and receptionists, was very helpful (apart from 1 exception) and breakfast very satisfactory, with a personal touch.
