We enjoyed the upsale atmosphere that really accomodated to the needs ofthe 2008 traveler---internet, breakfast, bag lunch and also dinner ifneeded. The staff was friendly and the rooms were large. The stay was excellent. The hotel is clean, excellent and very helpful staff, and rooms are good value for the money. Free Internet, Cleanliness. Nice and very helpful service, new hotel with new facilities but based on an old manufacture - interesting architecture, close to the downtown (10 minutes walk), great breakfast, Internet, big rooms. One of the best 2 stars hotels I have ever been. Everything! About the best breakfast we ever had in Europe, if you wanted sandwiches for later they were happy for you to make them and give you a bag to put them in!!! Breakfast was included but you also got a lunch as well. Well, i like the comfort level u provide to ur customers and the other part the management power was very co-operative and nice. The rooms were lovely and clean and breakfast was really good. Staff were very nice and polite.Second time staying here and once again we enjoyed it. The breakfast is very good and the continuous coffee and tea is a good idea. Location was very good, food excellent and we enjoyed using gym and sauna. Hot coffee and tea was available in the lobby 24/7. Nice hotel, good breakfast, value for money. Breakfast!. the room was very clean, Excellent location! Nice bar area. only breakfast. They accepted to bear the responsibility for not noticing the reservation for the third person. I could have been closer to the city centre, but good taxi and tram connection (10 min). This is only 2 stars hotel so there is no air conditioning. Lack of english channels on TV. Everything was in Polish! They should really invest in satellite. The gym could do with a bit of updating.We were accosted at our breakfast table by a beggar who walked past reception to ask for money. Apart from being a security matter this is not acceptable and reception should not have allowed the person in. No hairdryer available when requested. The walls between the rooms seemed VERY thin. We could hear next door walking about. hotel staff were bad manured,bar unstaffed for periods of time,even when staff were present would be slow to attened to guests.No facility to make international calls.One night guests were informed they could not use the bar because it was being used by a local wedding party.drinking water into rooms. It's a pity that the staff who serves breakfast doesn't know whatsmiling is.....Bathroom - the shower was not working. The room was basic and cold. the english was not fantastic. Too loud, and this does not come from the clients, but the staff in the corridors.
