It has been modernised to a good standard and the rooms have a number of unusual features such as hand painted murals, brick arches, crazy paved marble flooring and a small fitted kitchen area. The apartment was central to all amenities and away from the busier squares but very close to the many squares,restaurants and markets. The view was superb and facilities were more than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised. Security was excellent, doors had double locks and each apartment had keys for the lift and the shared door (between 2 apart... what people say » ments) free safe and internet access- great!! - We loved staying in an apartment full of character and charm, rather than a modern hotel. We got quick helpful responses to a couple of emailed queries before our visit, and this was matched by the friendly welcome from the receptionist on our arrival. old town. We had the Wavel tram stop just next to us whihc ran both
into town , around it and into Kazimierz as well as furhter afield such
as the Bohotara Ghetto. The large rooms were great, especially int eh
heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean
