Location was good, good choice at breakfast with lots of tea, coffee andfruit juices, comfortable beds with clean white linen. Location excellant, restaurants and pubs excellant, only 2 mins stroll. location was terrific...food great....rooms very nice. Staff very helpful. Handy for local bars and restaurants. The hotel was quite especially during the night. The rooms were newly decorated,spacious and immaculately clean. The toilets were spotless, and the beds were good. The breakfast was superb with a good choice of teas,coffee salads,rolls etc.etc.

It is centrally located with the old town square only four stops away on the tram. There is a tourist office across from the hotel which is very convenient for booking any tours.The reception staff were very friendly. The room was very large and consists of bed room and sitting room, there were two toilets. It takes about 15 minuts to get to Staroe mesto and about 5 minuts to Wawal. Staff very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in the Kazimierz area of Cracow which is right where we wanted to be. We had a five minute walk to many of the sights we visited and were located near a few tram lines for when we couldn't walk.friendly and helpful staff and good breakfasts. rooms where large, breakfast good. helpful reception staff. location and price were reasonable. One of our group would have liked a kettle in the room. Street outside could be noisy at night. Hotel could do with a more prominent sign outside as easily missed on street. We were advised that the Hotel restaurant would be open for us on arrival up to 10.00p.m, but we found it closed at 9.30p.m. Did not have tea making facilities in room or room service. Nothing, all was fantastic. But Coffee and Tea in the room would be anice addition. There was a fire alarm sounded during our stay. No information was given as to procedures and there were no instructions in the bedroom.A fire extinguisher was being used to prop open a fire door. We were not informed if the alarm was a practice or if for real.We saw no sign of fire. The staff did not seem to have had much training in fire procedures.Noise at nights from street. It would be good to have a larger reception/lounge area for guests particularly on the day of departure.bedroom carpet old and worn. No tea or coffee making facility in the room.On some nights excessive noise from surrounding bars until 0230amkept us awake. It could be more electric dozes in the room: I needed to decide - tha lamp or the Notebook.Not really. In Kazimierz there was much partying during the weekend nights. If you want a quiet surrounding you should better not go to this hotel. lack of proper bar facilities. The breakfast staff would not even say hello in polish. It was very noisy. Hotel is Quite Basic. No tea or coffee facilities in room. Our hairdryer was broken. No ashtray in room although we pre-booked a smoking room. It's a good walk into the main square and Castle. Our room had an angled roof line. Half of the room had a very low ceiling and it made the room much smaller. Also, you need to stick the keycard into a switch on the wall to get the lights to go on. This way you can't leave any lights on when you leave the room, because presumaby you have your keycard with you. No one told us this when we checked in which was about 7 pm and not very light out.After our first night the chef apparently sustained some injury which meant the restaurant closed thereafter during the evenings (understandable) but despite there being 2/3 reception staff we could not get a drink even coffee!!. no lounge to sit in, or round the bar. restaurant needs upgrading in meals and decor to improve ambiance and attract non resident business. I can't believe it's a 3 star, there's no comfort or finesse about the hotel, even for a 3 star standard. I also requested a double bed through letsbookhotel.com and I arrived to two single beds pushed together which I cannot abide. Cheap looking room.
