Could have slightly better kitchen facilities (just a few more bowls and
knifes and maybe some non perishable food such as oil, salt, pepper
etc). The internet did not work the first night but we told the staff
the next day and it was working by the evening so credit to them for
fixing it quickly.

Too many stairs so ask for a lower room when booking if you have trouble with stairs.
Smoking must be prohibited the smell is over the whole place.
The outerdoors shuold sealed to the floor by e.g. a brush or rubber profile.
Having to collect key from other side of square. An issue with heavy luggage. The stairs were an issue as well, especially with baggage. Would strongly advise against any older people staying here. BUT for a short break with light luggage it is just right.
You could not sit on de coach because it was sliding al the time.
