  The staff (Joke, Dimitri, and Fanny) was so nice with us from the beginning till the end. We really enjoyed their kindness and availability for questions we had about Rhodes and the island. Joke constantly went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate any needs that we had, and Fanny was also wonderful. Room were very clean, perfect location right in the center but very quite at night! - The hotel has been undergoing major renovation to upgrade its star level and the lobby and entrance area are beautiful.   Spacy rooms- well equipped, convenient location. - I like an ecxellent work of the hotel staff, mostly a young man, who was very service mainded, polite and kind. The laydy on the front office was ok. But not as good as her colleague young man. But in general i was very glad to be there and to stay there for one week.
