where to start - AMAZING. the views , the service , the rooms everything is fabulous here . its as lovely as it looks , its close to town , the pool is relaxing , the views are stunning. Its not party party in the evenings BUT to sit on the balcony and watch the best sunset on the island is just an incredible priviledge. The accomodation is spacious and clean. The owners have a marvellous eye for detail. The distance to the small town and beach of Piso Livadi is about 300 metres, a pleasant short walk. Elena's was for us a have to catch out breath between two bouts of travelling. We enjoyed it. -

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Mata. This family-run place is super
friendly and welcoming. The rooms all have private balconies, but there
are also communal spaces which make it easy to meet other travellers.
The garden setting is gorgeous and really peaceful. Many people hit up
Ios to party, but we had a very relaxing time staying at Villa Mata. The
little outdoor kitchen is handy for cooking up some food. Also the staff
were really helpful when we were planning our onward leg.

I enjoyed the calm, family environment. The room was ideal for me as being on a small budget I was very happy to be able to self cater for my family due to there being a fridge in the room. The staff were very accommodating, helpful and pleasant.
Access to beaches are all via bus or a good hike away (but well worth the trip)
Therefore the pool at the hotel was a welcome extra and great for the kids.

Margado is located atop a hill right in Sifnos' port city of Kamares. It's cozy, friendly and comfortable. We only stayed in Sifnos for one night, but we wished we stayed longer. The pool is cool with fantastic views of the mountains, our room had a balcony overlooking the port and the beach is just a short 10 minute walk away.
Stella was so accommodating and even presented us with small gifts for Easter upon our arrival. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was top notch.

Front area rooftop has perfect sunset views without going to the exorbitant Oia. Awesome pool. Delicios breakfast. Free pickup. We cannot recommend highly enough.
