  First and foremost, the staff is incredible. Theodora made every opportunity to make arrangements for dinner reservations, island hopping, ferry, taxis etc. It was a very friendly environment and they made our stay tremendously pleasant. The location was nice as well, just a few hundred feet from the base of Mt. Lycabettus where a really nice chur... what people say » ch sits which provides amazing picture opportunities. Costs between 5-7 euro to get to and from town. Most taxis do not know where the hotel is locate - A full apt with a living room, walk-in kitchen and separate bedroom containing a pair of singles, so 3-4 fit comfortably inside and on the long balcony. Safest location, 4 mins from two Metro stops where you can pick up breakfast at the bakery and cook it in the oven. Two elevators so they always work and lovely super-friendly staff. If you are getting a price below 100euros, I cannot imagine any place that can beat this.

  Hotel provided all I needed at a very reasonable rate. Location very central for all I wanted to see - inc. bus stop nearby. - The hotel is close to all amenities.The breakfast was very good value,asit offered cold meats /cheese as well as jam.

  Friendly and helpful staff. Very good value for the price. Very good accessability (more or less in front of the terminal of the tram). - Apart from en suite bathroom the hotel has no facilities, but the staff was very helpful and always ready to help with anything.

  Tony and his family were exceptionally kind and helpful. We stayed there the night before and the night after our cruise which left from Athens. Great place to stay if you have a little one. We were traveling with our 13 month old daughter. The pack'n'play they provided was nice and large, unlike our experience at a hotel in Paris where it was so ... what people say » small she couldn't lay down flat. This pack'n'play was much longer than the typical one in the us. I think it was almost as long as a crib. Our daught - - Location- we walked everywhere, including Acropolis, Plaka district, Flea markets, etc. Everything is walking distance and if needed, metro is nearby. - Owner, Tony, was very welcoming, cheerful, and took a lot of pride in his hotel. You can tell he put a lot of detail into it. - In a neighborhood, so you get the "non-touristy" feel.. even though all the touristy stuff is within walking distance. - Very accessible from the airport.   The location was in a peaceful, safe and clean part of Athens. The hotel as a whole was very modern and well designed. Very comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facility. We loved the fact that we were treated like royalty and we were well taken care of by the excellent staff. Anything that we needed was gotten for us.
