First and foremost, the staff is incredible. Theodora made every opportunity to make arrangements for dinner reservations, island hopping, ferry, taxis etc. It was a very friendly environment and they made our stay tremendously pleasant. The location was nice as well, just a few hundred feet from the base of Mt. Lycabettus where a really nice church sits which provides amazing picture opportunities. Costs between 5-7 euro to get to and from town. Most taxis do not know where the hotel is locate.

Safest location, 4 mins from two Metro stops where you can pick up breakfast at the bakery and cook it in the oven. Two elevators so they always work and lovely super-friendly staff. If you are getting a price below 100euros, I cannot imagine any place that can beat this.Hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. Even the Acropolis is walking distance. The Metro is only 3 min walk. Shops, restaurants are all within a few minutes walk. The suite was large with separate kitchen, quiet enough for a nap any time of day on a very comfortable bed! Beautiful balconies which we could take breakfast every morning. We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay. The staff at this hotel were excellent, very helpful with information as we needed it. The rooms were spacious and the cleaning was to a high standard. It is true that the decor is outdated, but it is still usable and there was everything we needed. It is very central and close to the metro. We highly recommend these apartments to others. Very quiet street and building, (across from church), great view from upper floors, large terace, very near subway stop, two stops from Acropolis. Pleasnt neighborhood, afew streets from funicular to Lycabete mountain and the shops and restaurants on the street to the funicular. It is two blocks uphill from the Metro, so prepare for that when hauling your luggage. The hotel is not in "tourist central" which is actually a good thing. the kitchen didn't have microwave. nothing. During hot weather, AC in one of the bedrooms not working very well. This room could also do with being redecorated. Decor a little dated but perfectly acceptable. I have nothing negative to say. Everything was perfect. Old decor. They should do some renovation. Otherwise, nothing to complaint . Rooms and furnishings are worn out. Old facilities. The place is very dated and there were things like the curtains being 30 cm too long for the windows; the sofabed only having single-sized sheets; the smoky smell; and the worn kitchen that were disadvantages. The room decor was a little dated.
