On the opposite side of the street is Polytechnic School so we had no "neighbours" looking through our window. Instead o lot of free parking space (in greek meaning ofc). Many police officers 24/7 in the area. Safe and quiet place.

This hotel is situated a metro stop away from the centre of Athens (5 mins walk to metro). The front desk staff were really friendy and helpful and there was free secure parking. The route in from the airport was fairly easy using our satnav.
The rooms are a little tired, but the two room suite we had was excellent for a family with young children as the outside door could be closed at night. Breakfast was fine.

good location, good price, good staff. there's a market very close by (fresh food!), a fridge in the room (on the 6th floor you get a balcony too), and the acropolis is within easy walking distance. the owners are very friendly and helpful too. very clean, but simple (it's a 2 star hotel - don't expect great luxuries). decent breakfast. close

The staff were very helpful and friendly, even giving us a box breakfast when our plane was leaving before breakfast. We would stay there again while in Athens.

The view from the rooms is amazing.
The service was really good.
We consider the hotels' roof garden with it's great view relaxing atmosphere a great place for food and cocktails.
It's close to the center of Athens and we had easy access to the metro(Omonia Station).
We highly recommend the Bistro next to the lobby for coffee and evening drink.

If you visit Athens and you are looking for a pleasant stay,go to Polis Grand Hotel!!! - from the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome. The service was great and very caring. The food throughout was wonderful and fresh - at all the establishments in the Polis Grand. They offerred the freshest and best buffet breakfast we have experienced so far in our European travels. Would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to reccommend it to anyone!

Very friendly staff. The owner of the hotel gave me a map and told which places worth visiting. Also he provided a lot of helpful information about the city. The rooms are relatively small but cozy. They were cleaned once a day. The towels were also changed on a daily basis. I was very pleased to find 2 teeth brushes and tooth paste in a bathroom. Air Condition system worked properly. Breakfast was good and substantial. Location is very convenient. It takes 20 min from the hotel to Acropolis
