  Location, location, location! The hotel is exactly in the right place of Oia - the most charming part of the town, a few steps away from the observatory where everybody else will run to to watch the sunset.   Strogili has exceeded my expectations. I can not emphasize only one thing. The view from the terrace is spectacular and immense, the hospitality and friendliness of Andreas (the hotel manager) and all staff (Katrau, ...), cleaning is 10 points, breakfasts on the terrace, tranquility and relaxation .... After visiting the island I can say we chose the most beautiful town and we hit full in the choice of Hotel. Of cours - The view is probably the best view from any hotel I have ever stayed in. More than that, it's one of the best views of the Caldera that we found on the whole island. Andreas and the rest of the staff were extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful, while the room itself was exactly as advertised, quite spacious, and clean.   We stayed in Aegean Traditional Houses for 1 week. It was great! Perfect location in the center of Oia on the central square. There is fantastic view on volcano and caldera! Living in Traditional Houses affords you to feel real authentic Greek soul. Room is cosy and nice and have traditional furniture and all necessary things – TV, coffee-machine,... what people say » small kitchen, shower. Room was always clean, towels were changed several times a week. Yannis is the best owner. He answered and consulted me before - The house is situated in the very heart of Oia. The view is really fantastic. You can either spend some time at the verandah enjoying the marvelous view (which is probably the best all over) or you can walk along the main pedestrian road with all the shops and restaurants which is a few steps away. The bus station is also very close. The house is very nice and clean, and it was a pleasant and unusual experience to live in a traditional Greek house. We could hardly find a better place to stay in

  We had a wonderful stay at a most scenic spot at residence suites. The rooms were very comfortable in every possible way. One has to be very aware that this is not a luxury resort and that any extras would need to be got from outside.   Zoe Houses probably has the best location in Oia. It is minutes away from the fabulous Oia sunset for which people gather from all over. The views from the hotel are also breathtaking. Zack The owner of Zoe Houses was extremely helpful and informative. Zak is an incredible host! Santorini is a beautiful place and staying at Zoe's Houses made it even more special. Zak was involved from the beginning of our journey when we got off our airport transfer (arranged by him) up to the end when we had to leave early in the morning. Zak takes very good care of the people renting his place. He sees to it that all their needs are met. We'd love to go back to Santorini and we'll definitely go back to Zoe

  We loved our time at Amoudi Villas and did not want to leave! The views are breathtaking. The location was also perfect: caldera-side, quiet, and outside of the fray of Oia (yet still just a short hike from the town.) - Not very good cliff view, but might be a good place to enjoy the sunset.
