Good staff: very helpfull Cleaning: good and also took care of providing coffee etc Location: wonderful view on the caldera! Apartment we had also had an outdoor yakuzi, fridge, luxury shower, and lots of space. Overall for the money we paid it was avery good deal. Beautiful design of the room. Good facility. You can still see the sea...over the side walk. The outdoor tub and the bench is nice. Antigone is nice too. Although I didn't get the same lover's room shown in the picture, the room I got was quite nice too.

Andy, one of the managers, was so warm, friendly, and compensated us well. Highly reccommend this apartment for any couple!. Best place to watch the sunset. The boss upgrade our room to the honeymoon suite for free, which has comfortable rooms, a large balcony with excellent jacuzzi and a fully functional kitchen. Very good value!. Dimitris, the person task with looking after us, went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location was in the heart of Oia without being overly expensive. Excellent hotel! The room I was taken to is nothing like the ones in the picture of letsbookhotel.com or their website. No sunset view. I cannot see the sun after 5pm (other buildings blocked it). No wifi even she promised to. The "hot tub" is just an outdoor tub. You cannot really adjust the temperature. The apartment is hard to find. Make sure to have the manager meet you when you areive to Oia. Cleanliness needs to be improved. 1, a little hard to find. many stairs on cobblestone walks , (The blue cave ) we stayed in is very small but ad quit staff very friendly but make sure they know you are coming as you will not find it on your own these are single units with no sign or address this unit is not 4 star honeymoon suit is very nice and for there is probabley 4 star. Lots of staires. - lacking a reception drives the need to use roaming to ask anything !!! A definite no no !! - lack of transfer service to airport/port;. No Wifi, rare chance to find it your self. Service was not the best. Was promised Internet and it wasn't available. I was told to go to an Internet cafe. Waited a long time for transfers. They seemed disorganised. No kettle or toaster. No internet even though it was listed. It is not a hotel it is more of a rented room, no reception, no employees, wifi is not working!. low level of service, this is rooms to rent not hotel. Room not very clean. It says breakfast included,but is actually couple of soft drinks in the fridge and cake that bought from supermarket. The worst thing is no wifi connection. I have to stay in a restaurant or cafe if I wanna send photos or checking on emails.
