  The location couldn't be better. The view of the Acropolis from the rooms located between the 7th and 9th floor is sublime. Breakfast is excellent, but without those rich cholesterol things you are used to in non-continental breakfasts. - Very friendly staff and accommodating in every way. Lot of help withlocal knowledge.

  We loved our stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff, great service, personal approach. We felt at home there. The room had a retro style to it which reminded me my childhood home. I loved it. Actually, there is free wireless almost everywhere you go in Athens. Our room was cleaned daily and towels changed. Every day we would - The staff at Acropolis were fantastic...very helpful and friendly. The location in the Plaka was convenient. We were able to walk most places and did not have to use the metro much at all. From our room the wifi was weak, but we could use a neighboring hotel's wifi and it was a good signal. We didn't eat the breakfast so I'm not sure how it was. The fridge in the room was not already turned on, so we had to turn it on. It was helpful to have an aditional mirror outside the bathroom for getting

  I needed a late night stopover so chose the cheapest hotel I could find, not really expecting much, just a place to crash for one night. But honestly I found every thing Excellent.   This was our second stay in this hotel - the first one had been 15 years ago and we immediately loved both the hotel and its neighbourhood. When we decided to visit Athens again this year, there was not a doubt for a single moment that we would stay at the Exarchion Hotel again. The hotel has been renovated in the meantime, but its essence remained unchanged – the cosy, relaxed atmosphere which makes you feel very welcome - Very friendly staff. The owner of the hotel gave me a map and told which places worth visiting. Also he provided a lot of helpful information about the city. The rooms are relatively small but cozy. They were cleaned once a day. The towels were also changed on a daily basis. I was very pleased to find 2 teeth brushes and tooth paste in a bathroom. Air Condition system worked properly. Breakfast was good and substantial. Location is very convenient. It takes 20 min from the hotel to Acropolis

  This hotel is chic and very comfortable. The staff is accommodating andwarm. The gym is well equipped; we were disappointed we didn't have timefor the steam room and sauna! Check out the rooftop: there is a greatpool with a disappearing edge, extremely comfortable loungers, a fullbar, great service and plenty of tables. It was great to sit up there... what people say » atnight -- full view of the acropolis. - Rooms were well decorated, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was big and tasty. The staff was very accomodating. Overall, our stay was extremely enjoyable, and I highly recommend this hotel if you're willing to take a cab/public transit to the tourist attractions.
