  I was amazed by how comfortable to hotel was! The hydro massage bath was a real surprise for me and my bfand one of the reasons why we didn't want to leave the room. In the hotel Wi-fi is for free and also there is a kitchen so that you can prepare meals. I would definitely recommend this hotel.   The room was kind of small but still everything in it was great, the bed, the tv, the mirrors, the little balcony, the lights and the whole design of the room was beautiful. The rooms were so quiet, perfect for a good nights rest and the sumptuous breakfast was a great start to the day. Very comfortable, pleasant, and memorable stay would highly recommend this hidden gem in the city of Athens. - We had a room with a balcony to the street but there was a double-door so the noise really stayed outside. As it was quite hot we enjoyed the air-coditioner. Bathroom, bed, sofa, everything was perfect. The breakfast next morning was a next highlight. To the Plaka it´s only a 5 minute walk, up to the acropolis about 15-20 min. We can only recommend this hotel to everyone!

  The Achillion is a good mid-range hotel in a slightly seedy part of Athens. It is fortunately not far from the Omonia and Metaxourghio metros, and an easy walk to the National Archaeological Musum. The double-glazing is effective in shutting out street noise. Service was exceptional, a lightbulb being changed within minutes of my mentioning it. Br... what people say » eakfast was ample and delicious. - Good price, it was only a 10minute walk to the centre of Athens, close enough to walk but fare enough away that you weren't kept awake by late night activities. It was clean and comfortable. Easy to relaxe in those conditions. The staff spoke excellent English and were very happy to help in any way possible.

  Our room was very large and off the street (as we had requested). We knew the neighborhood was a bit rough, so that was no surprise. It was in great location in relation to the metro and sites. - good location
