This hotel is chic and very comfortable. The staff is accommodating andwarm. The gym is well equipped; we were disappointed we didn't have timefor the steam room and sauna! The view from the rooms is amazing.
The service was really good.
We consider the hotels' roof garden with it's great view relaxing atmosphere a great place for food and cocktails.
It's close to the center of Athens and we had easy access to the metro(Omonia Station).
We highly recommend the Bistro next to the lobby for coffee and evening drink.

If you visit Athens and you are looking for a pleasant stay,go to Polis Grand Hotel!!! - from the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome. The service was great and very caring. The food throughout was wonderful and fresh - at all the establishments in the Polis Grand. They offerred the freshest and best buffet breakfast we have experienced so far in our European travels. Would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to reccommend it to anyone!

Location PERFECT, steps from the metro which is very easy to navigate in Athens. Staff SUPER helpful and informative, rooms luxurious. Bear in mind this is a budget hotel, but probably because it is not in the center. But for the value, the hotel was clearly recently renovated and impeccably so. I stayed just one night and it was easy from the ferry and easy to the airport.

Upon booking, I had requested a non-smoking room on a higher floor. When we checked in, we were given a room on a second floor that was a smoking room where everything was scented with nicotine. However the hotel were happy to accommodate us with this change when we checked in. The doors are double to the balcony which is good for the busy street. The location couldn't be better. The view of the Acropolis from the rooms located between the 7th and 9th floor is sublime. Breakfast is excellent, but without those rich cholesterol things you are used to in non-continental breakfasts. - Very friendly staff and accommodating in every way. Lot of help withlocal knowledge.
