  Nice stuff, cool swimming pool, very comfortable rooms with full kitchen, 6 km from capital port. We rent a car (25 euro per day) and we visited almost entire Chios.   Very close (30 seconds) to the Karfas beach which is huge and all sandy. There is a bus stop nearby the hotel where you can take a bus to Chios (25-30 minutes ride).   Very friendly atmosphere, hotel is in the middle of orange and tangerine trees-lovely, rooms are big and beds are very comfortable. You'll need a car to get into the city center; only 2km far tho. Visiting there in December they were so kind to heat the room up before our arrival, noted, thanks for that.   I've been to Chios and stayed in Topakas two weeks ago. As I've said, that was my first but absolutely not the last stay in there. So I did it again:) For me the motivation of going somewhere again and again is not only the places that you visit, the food that you eat or the place that you stay, it's also the people that you meet. Thanks again Eleni for - Staying in Topakas House was one of my best holiday experiences. We stayed 3 nights with my friend and 5,5 yrs old son. We felt like we were at home. The place was so cosy, the landlady Eleni and her husband Costas (please forgive if I misspell) were wonderful people, just as their son and daughter. They tried to help us in every way they could. The breakfast, the courtyard and the asmosphere were great. We left our hearts and minds in there. We'll really miss the late night chats in the courty

  It is a beautiful setting in a quaint town that looks very old European. Stratos and Angelina were so kind and accommodating. We arrived late and were starving. Stratos took us to a restaurant in town and came back and picked us up when we had finished eating. Angelina is a wonderful cook and her homemade jams are delightful. Kristine Previous Review was scored incorrectly. - Amicable attitude, to begin with. This passed down house provides you with tranquility and serenity you can not find anywhere easily. Besides, it is almost like a miniature zoo with roosters, chickens, turkeys and such. My 8-year-old pleaded me to stay a few days more.

  Nice and clean family run motel. Very helpfull staff, comfortable rooms, close to Chios, Karfas,Kambos and supermarkets. It's like a hub, close to many things. But you have to have a vehicle of course. Although we missed the breakfast, the landlady offered to fix a plate for us, and did so. ıt was so kind of them.   My husband and myself spent 25 glorious days at Studio Stroubis in Septemner of 2012. Our studio had a beautiful view from our balcony overlooking the ocean. Turkey was within view across the water. Room service was twice a week and the staff was kind and courteous. The room was pristine clean with all kitchenware included. the a/c worked perfectly... what people say » . this is a family run business and they excel in taking care of their clients. They go the extra mile to ensure that their clients are happy. Miss St - The warm welcome, extremely clean and comfortable accommodation. It is near the beach and has a nice view looking out to the sea. People in the area were very welcoming and helpful. Opposite shop, on the left as you come into the village is a very nice family run restaurant facing the beach but with tables at the back in a garden.
