Very close (30 seconds) to the Karfas beach which is huge and all sandy. There is a bus stop nearby the hotel where you can take a bus to Chios (25-30 minutes ride). There are places close to the hotel that you can rent cars, motorcycles, bikes. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended.

excellent location good value for money for peak season.
The location is good, not too far from the city and it's by the seaside; though very windy place. There are 3-4 restaurants (including the hotel's) and couple of cafes nearby.
the view and the option to go to swim in 1 minute.
The level of the water at the sea is not higher than your knees for a long while! :) Perfect for the families with kids though.
Very basic facilities.
I didn't like the apartments as they didn't have sea view as they suggested in the adverts. but they put us in a double room with a fridge.
kitchen is not well equipped only one little saucepan and four cups n saucers no cooking utensils or plates etc could not cook a meal as suggested in website.
There is only one guy trying to run the hotel and the restaurant at the same time! Our sea-view rooms air-conditioner wasn't working, so we had to accept a smaller room facing the backyard. Breakfast at the cafes around the hotel was lousy and expensive.
the shower sink was too narrow, it was not comfortable.
