  We enjoyed the lovely decor, comfortable bed and nicely-sized room (recommend the Supreme). The hotel is in a lovely part of the city, very near La Madeleine as well as several designer shops. It is off the beaten path just enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly and accommodating. Fine wine, scrumptious veal and the best crème - The staff were awesome and was always willing to assist us despite the time. I arrived pretty late and they organized a perfect resaurant for us which was fabulous. Typical french restaurant( Tante Louise). If you would like to economise, you probably check another one. I will definately visit it again. What I really appreciated was allowing me to keep my suitcases at the hotel for approximately 3 hrs despite that I had already chech out.

  The location is the best, you can walk to the Eiffel Tower with young kids (i had three kids age 3.5Years, 2Years, and 10Month) in around 10 min. to 15 min. The staff is very very cooperative spically the manager. The metro station just cross the road, you can easly use it although i used it only for Disney Land tour.   The staff was great! We arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for us with everything ready. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). This was very much appreciated since it was a holiday in France and most places were closed. You can walk to all famous touristic places easily from Louvre to Notre Dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than we expected but clean and tidy with TV-panel on the wall. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.

  Everything was wonderful, great location fantastic staff form those on reception to the staff in dining room at breakfast - all were superb! Especially Stephanie Lenoir who was extremely good and provided great customer service. Thank you - The view from the hotel was fantastic. The kitchen was also very useful since there is a supermarket closeby.... what people say » The hotel has good transport links and is close to metro. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.
