Everything was wonderful, great location fantastic staff form those on reception to the staff in dining room at breakfast - all were superb! Especially Stephanie Lenoir who was extremely good and provided great customer service. Thank you. The view from the hotel was fantastic. Hotel Staff were extremely helpful, hands down greatest hotel staff Ihave ever encountered.. View from hotel was magnificent, within walkingdistance of the Seine and Eiffel tower.. Overall I would highlyrecommend.. the view was the best ever! and the room was modern and well equipped the bed was comfy which was great after a long day the staff were excellent, We will be staying again.Staff was very attentive to our questions and our needs, and even provided us with an outstanding view overlooking Paris and the Eiffel Tower from a 31st floor apartment. The pool, sauna and fitness center are awful. Very, very small, cramped and dark. My son described the pool as a shark tank and refused to go in. It still smells of paint and the hallways are very darkly painted.Just our trundle bed a bit faulty but in no way affected our stay. One of the appartments had the bin door broken in the kitchen and a cover in the bathroom was loose, which could have really heard the kids. We reported to the hotel and they took note of these.Rooms could be bigger. No Smoking Rooms. No bar or restaurant, nowhere to buy drinks to bring to appartment inside building. Breakfast is for additional payment... It was enough payed for room, to have a breakfast...but it is mine hamble opinion :). no dining facilities breakfast in lounge area not great. Waiting untill 5pm to get our room. Breakfast.
