The location is the best, you can walk to the Eiffel Tower with young kids (i had three kids age 3.5Years, 2Years, and 10Month) in around 10 min. to 15 min. The staff is very very cooperative spically the manager. The metro station just cross the road, you can easly use it although i used it only for Disney Land tour. The Laundery facility in the hotel helped alot spically with young kids as we can use the washing machine and go to our rooms then return on time to get the cloth (access controll.
