  On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.   The dwoble room was quit small like another hotels in paris, but very clean and comfortable. Espetialy opening the window to the street was nice. Some hotels outside of windows is small courtyard in Paris, so sunshine can not enter in a room. But in this hotels maybe almost all of rooms catch the sun. - Excellent location. We actualy walked to all ... what people say » major historic/touristic sites. Room was spotless and quite spacious for Paris. We even got larger room hopefuly since we were on the honeymoon. Two metro stations almost on doorstep. Great staff.

  I have aspired to stay in this hotel since I first visited Paris as a student and could not afford it...I Was not DISSAPOINTED,as follows... Lovely staff. Child Friendly. Excellent Location. Honesty Bar and 24 hour service (we did not use it but nice to know it's there). Calm atmosphere... Oasis in the middle of mad Paris ! Garden Suite... (Too ho... what people say » t to use during our visit but nice to know it was there).. 4* accolade but bordering on 5* Chess in the lounge for the kids (mine are 7 and 11) ... go - The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

  Staff were extremely welcoming on arrival. When I handed my booking reference in the gentleman checking us in noticed i had blacked out the price and asked if it was a surprise, I advised it was for my husbands birthday and he wished my husband a happy birthday and asked if he could invite us to the bar for a complimentary cocktail or glass of cha... what people say » mpagne to celebrate, which was a much appreciated gesture and wonderful start to our trip. We were then shown to our room which we were very impressed - The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.

  The hotel is very close to Place de Clichy metro station. The staff were wondeful and our room excellent. We chose to purchase our breakfast at the hotel. Better value than anything similar you could get at a restaurant. Wonderful french bread and croissants with yoghurt, orange juice and loads of wonderful coffee and hot chocolate. - Very helpf... what people say » ul staff and the location was excellent for access to all the sites and things to do in Paris. Breakfast was great value for money and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced good hotel in the Montmatre area.

Our stay - The hotel's location is excellent - major attractions within walking distance. Our rooms ( looking over Place des Pyramides/Rue de Rivoli ) were spacious and spotless offering fine expansive views taking in the Eiffel Tower and Louvre, two Paris icons - what's not to love?! Regina's staff were very friendly and accommodating helping to make the stay there was most enjoyable. Am not able to comment on food at the hotel as we ate out at all times.

  The staffs were very helpful. We booked the room months before and whatever questions we had about the area (from where to park etc) they responded very quickly. It's a charming little hotel with chic restos and cafes nearby. The room is small but clean, and they welcomed us with a tin of freshly baked cookies on the bed. Very cute!   The staff very accomadating, friendly and helpful. The location was within minutes of shopping on Faubourg St Honore and other streets in the area. Easy access for siteseeing etc. within walking distance or a subway ride. The linen was excellant and the bed had a very comfortable mattress.
