The staff would go out of their way to help you nothing was a problemfor them they recommended restaurants where to see and there was a younggirl working the bar who looked school age but ran it so efficently andshe makes the best hot chocolate after a days walking just what youneed. helpful staff, convenient location re public transport - The attitude and personalities of the staff, both at the front desk and in the bar was fantastic. They took an interest in who we were and where we were from and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Quite well situated to the Praterstern railway and underground which is also a direct route the airport.
We discovered a very nice restaurant 5 minutes towards the ferris wheel called Gasthaus Moslinger which is very good and convenient.
We also attended a brilliant concert of Austrian music at the Kursalon which is well worth a visit.

The hotel was very clean, great roomsize, great TV, really awesome big kingsize bed. I needed to go to a pharmacy on a sunday and the staff at the reception was very helpful with finding the closest one.
Although the best part was that the subway station was super close as well as shops and bakerys. Transport is easy and the city perfectly accesible within a couple of minutes.

This new design hotel is worth the money. The rooms are spacious, quiet, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I particularly liked the enormous shower and the seperate toilet. The staff was very nice and helpfull. We also really enjoyed the tasty breakfast. The garden was very nice to kick back and relax. The hotel is not in the centre of Vienna, but it's only 3 subway stops away from almost everything.

Looks like completly newly renovated upon our visit in 2013, clean, staff speaks perfect engish and is very helpfull also on non-hotel quesions. Rooms are clean, carpeted, and sapcious enough. Really good hotel: friendly staff, clean rooms, no smells, comfortable prices. We stayed there more than one week and nobody bothered us when we were in the room, but when we returned back in the evening the room always looked like a new one. In the room we had tea pot with variety of teas and cofee. During checking out we received small gifts - a couple of bottles with apricot jam. Comfortable bed with two kinds of pillows.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful! The room was very new, modern and clean. We just loved our room :) Fast free wi-fi was great, too. The hotel is just around the exit of the highway and is located near tram stations, so very good access to the city. It was also great that the hotel has free parking spot, which helped us a lot! I love to stay at this hotel again!
